Owner

Before owning Salon Adagio, Carolyn worked as a Corporate & Investment Banker in Chicago. After receiving her MBA in Finance and International Business, she followed her passion for the salon and spa industry. Carolyn discovered and purchased an existing salon and spa in the Minneapolis area to be closer to her family. Carolyn and her dedicated team have grown Salon Adagio to become the premier salon and day spa in the I-94 Corridor.

Janelle

Salon Manager

As an experienced stylist, Janelle brings a unique perspective to the management of Salon Adagio. She has a passion for education and takes great pride in the personal advancement of all Salon Adagio team members.

Jocelyn

Level 4 Stylist – Educator – Nail Pro

Jocelyn has focused on mastering brilliant cuts and colors. Precision bobs are her passion. Her exact tailoring allows her to create the perfect business Men’s Haircut with a modern twist. Curly hair is no match for Jocelyn; she has the expert ability to whip them into shape! All her guests appreciate her meticulous attention to detail. She is also excellent at manicures and pedicures and offers gel services as well.

Level 5 Stylist – Educator – Event Hair & Makeup Specialist – Skin Care Specialist

Joz loves color and is not afraid to take your look anywhere you want to go! She is a master with reds, blondes, and fashion colors. Joz is a texture creator and knows how to incorporate that into her cuts to create maximum movement or separation into her looks. Event hair and makeup are more of her specialties. She has created jaw-dropping looks for many brides with her high skill level with specialty styles and makeup.

Pauline

Level 4 Stylist

Whether long or short, classic or trendy, soft or bold, Pauline can expertly match a customized color technique to your desired haircut. She is well versed in all color techniques, including balayage, classic foils, and base colors. Pauline enjoys working with all curly and straight hair types and is skilled in women’s and men’s Cuts. Her versatility in techniques allows her to help guide you to find your look of today!

Shantel displays a diverse set of skills to share her knowledge and multiple beauty services with her guests. She has a classic approach to her haircuts and color but can walk on the trendy side if you want her to! Shantel is accomplished in skincare, body waxing, and nail services.

Anna

Level 4 Stylist – Event Hair & Makeup Specialist – Nail Pro

Anna produces beautiful creations, all while tailoring each service to fit your wants and needs. Long locks are her specialty, and creating soft color accents to gorgeous blonde bombshells is her talent! Anna is a master stylist with event hair and makeup. How she can take the “every day” to absolutely stunning is fantastic!

Jean

Level 2 Stylist – Nail Pro

Gray coverage is no challenge for Jean! She can create a perfect base color to complement any look or add a multi-dimensional foil for reflection and interest. Jean can add a beautiful cut to accentuate any color service regardless of the length, long or short hair. Her nail services include gel manicures and pedicures and french polish with both.

Brittany

Level 3 Stylist – Makeup Artist

Brittany can bring an on-trend perspective to all of her services. Her creativity shines in custom colors, which feature fashion colors or pastels and innovative placement. She is talented in the art of undercuts and undercut designs. She can use her artistic ability to help you show off your more wild side or tame things down for a more traditional look utilizing techniques in balayage, ombre, and traditional foils.
